Meditation quietens the mind, relaxes the brain, help regain inner calm and tranquillity, relives stress and lowers blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes on regular meditatirs by up to 15%.
During meditation we open up the space between the end of one thought and the beginning of the new one.
During meditation you do not tune out lives challenges, you will gain greater insight into their perception and your response to stressful situation, as you meditate your brain patterns merge into meditated state, deeper than sleep and you will experience a state of restful alertness, comfort, peace and tranquillity.
Meditation can be performed on a 1 on 1 basis, this will be a 1 hour long session, and group meditation can also be catered for. I find loose baggy clothing is best, as you will be need to be sitting in a comfy position.
Spiritual Healing Meditation
As with normal meditation, the practice relaxes the mind, body and spirit. Regaining inner calm and tranquillity. But in addition with the meditation it is possible for me to perform spiritual healing. this will be done once you are in a meditatively relaxed state. With the healing I will channel "Chi" from myself through my hnads into the person, this is done by me moving my hands about 1" away from your body. when i feel a pulse like sesation in my hand this indicates that the area they are covering needs healing. then i will rest my hands on this area to activate the chi, During this I will be instructing your breathing and meditation.
